箕面地区教職員のみなさまへ
おはようございます
箕面地区労働者過半数代表者選出の手続きにご協力いただきありがとうございます。
同意書は
３月１５日を締め切りとしましたが、
３月１８日現在の同意書数は 236筆で、
全ての労働者数510人の過半数に達していません。
下の表で、その内訳を見てみますと、
非常勤講師/非常勤研究員の方からいただけていないことが大きな要因であることがわかります。
来年度も授業を担当する予定のない方もいらっしゃいますし、
自分は関係ないと思っていたというお返事をいただいたこともありますし、
成績提出後、outlookのメールを見る必要のない方もいらっしゃいます。
専攻の専任の教員の方に個別におねがいしているところですが
専任教員にとっても、今は、自由に研究に打ち込める貴重な期間で、
お手数をおかけしてしまっています。

（前回の表の職種別母数と違うのは、
非常勤研究員を常勤教員から非常勤講師の母数に移したためです。）
ただ、あと20人ですので、３月末まで締切を延長します。
専任教員の方、外国人の特任教員の方にも、
自分がしなくてもきっと大丈夫だろうと思わないで、
引き続き、ご協力お願いいたします。
非常勤講師の方々にOUメールを送っていますが、
読まれていないように思いますので、
日常的に使われているメールアドレスで、お知り合いの方から
お伝えいただくと読んでいただけるかと思います。

また、次年度のことも考えて、同意書を集める時期、集める対象の範囲についても、
検討していきたいと思います。

Dear Faculty Members,
Thank you very much for your cooperation in the elect a new majority representative of the Minoh.
We introduce you the total number of consent forms that closed on March 15th is 236.
All faculty and staff in the Minoh is 510.
So as there are still over 20 approvals left, the deadline will be the end of March.

This table shows that there are few approvals from part-time teachers.
I guess There are some teachers whose classes will end in the autumn and winter of 2023,
some teachers haven't seen our OUmail since they submitted their grades in February,
Currently, during the spring period when there are no classes,
we faculty members are making the most of our valuable research time.However,
with the cooperation of 20 more people, the task of determining worker representatives will be completed.
